Your source for the finest folk art, primitives and decorative accessories for your country home.

Countryberries is a primitive gift and home decor shop located in scenic Deerfield, New Hampshire. The shop is nestled in the side of a hill surrounded by trees, flowers and rock walls. Enter the shop through an herb garden filled with bee skeps, birdhouses and garden art. Inside, our electric and wax candles, primitive lighting, braided rugs and pine floors create a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the scents of rustic candles and potpourri that fill the air. Stoneware and redware pottery fill the primitive pine cupboards while handmade dolls and mohair bears snuggle on painted benches. Every nook and cranny is filled with folk art to delight the eye.

Owner Kathy Graham started Countryberries in her home in1991 so that she could be a work-at home mom to her three children. As her children grew, her business also grew and Kathy moved the shop into a large two story barn-style building which she designed.

Kathy holds a B.A, in Fine Art and enjoys a variety of crafts from sewing to rug hooking to basket making, but her passion is primitive folk art painting. She loves to paint old boxes, gameboards and murals influenced by the style of artist Rufus Porter. Kathy’s husband, Bruce, is a weekend woodworker and enjoys creating pine cupboards and benches with aged, painted finishes for the shop.
